Internship Transaction Services

Internship for at least 3 months in the teams in Eschborn, Munich, Hamburg or Cologne. You join the Transaction Services team in corporate finance transaction advisory, supported by modern AI-based solutions. With analytical strength and a feel for business, you help companies through important transactions.

• Contribute to financial due diligence projects, financial factbooks and vendor due diligence reports
• Contribute to analyses in MS Excel, including revenue and gross profit development, quality of earnings matters, working capital, net cash and net debt items, and cash flow calculations
• Prepare Q&A sessions, request lists and management meetings, and do independent research
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation

• Studies in business administration or business law
• First experience or seminars in finance and accounting, taxes or controlling
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) in speaking and writing, and very good MS Office skills
• Strong interest in numbers, balance sheet relationships and company processes
• Strong affinity for technology and enthusiasm for forward-looking AI and digitalization solutions
• Strong willingness to learn, analytical skills and initiative
