(Compulsory) Internship - HR and Marketing in Vocational Training

The Vocational Training Tires department at the Hannover-Stöcken site supports and promotes all apprentices and dual students of Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH. A voluntary or compulsory internship is offered starting January 2027, lasting 4-6 months. A combination of voluntary and compulsory internship is possible.

• Support local recruiting processes for apprentices and dual students, including reviewing applications, corresponding with applicants, coordinating, conducting aptitude tests and attending interviews
• Help organize and run trade fairs and school cooperations (career guidance, talks, projects)
• Take over sub-projects and marketing events within the training department
• Support the organization of school student internships
• Support the administrative handling of various HR measures, e.g. creating Excel overviews, presentations, sick notes etc.

• Students (m/f/d) of business administration, economics, marketing or similar
• Prior knowledge of HR desirable
• Affinity for marketing
• Confident use of common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent German and good English, spoken and written
• Teamwork skills and very good organizational and communication skills
