Internship - HR Training, Recruiting & Personnel Development - REF98048S

From April 2027, internship at the Korbach site with insight into the HR department, especially training and personnel and organizational development. Ideally 3 to 6 months; a voluntary and a mandatory internship can be combined.

• Getting to know and supporting administrative and organizational tasks in training and in personnel and organizational development using various systems such as SAP
• Helping and supporting in recruiting apprentices and dual students
• Support in the talent management cycle, e.g. preparing talent management conferences
• Support in planning, organizing and running training and further qualification measures
• Helping with employer branding initiatives in training
• Accompanying current strategic projects and working on individual special topics, including independent research and write-ups on specific subjects
• Supporting and assisting the team in operational tasks, e.g. creating presentations

• Students (m/f/d) in business administration, economics, business psychology, business education, communication science or comparable degree programs
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Interest in HR topics, especially training, personnel and organizational development
• Committed, independent and detail-oriented way of working as well as organizational talent
• Open manner, strong contact and communication skills
