Apprenticeship as Nursing Specialist in Heilgenhafen

Formerly known as training in nursing, geriatric and pediatric nursing. Start is possible from 1 September 2027. As a nursing specialist you work with many different people. You independently support and care for people of all ages to promote, maintain and restore their physical and mental health. After your training you can work in nursing or geriatric care. Your training lasts three years and offers an exciting mix of theory and practice. You will learn nursing, health sciences as well as natural, humanities and social sciences. Our cooperations with vocational schools ensure a sound theoretical education. In our care facilities we offer a diverse spectrum. You will be trained mainly in a geriatric care facility near you. Additionally, you will be deployed in outpatient care and inpatient facilities. In the final year you decide whether you want to continue learning generalistically (qualification as nursing specialist) or specialize in geriatric care (qualification as geriatric nurse).
