Working Student for Construction Department - Real Estate Management - in Berlin-Mitte

Part-time working student position (max. 20 hours/week) starting as soon as possible at the CURA Group, an owner-managed family business with about 4,500 employees that operates senior centres, assisted living and outpatient home care. The Construction & Facility Management area is responsible for classic facility management and oversees all of the company's planning and construction projects.

• You support the FM team in preparing utility cost statements
• You support the FM team in processing orders for maintenance measures and rent adjustments
• You coordinate tasks and projects, especially in cost negotiations and contract conclusions
• You support management in budget tracking and monitoring contractual deadlines, e.g. service contracts
• You generally support the maintenance of databases and internal systems

• You are enrolled in a degree program focused on real estate management, real estate economics or another relevant field
• You have business know-how and budget planning and controlling are familiar to you
• You have an affinity for technical contexts and processes
• Knowledge of tenancy law is an advantage
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You work independently, in an organised and goal-oriented way
• You have good MS Office skills
