Care Assistant Career Changer as Permanent Night Watch in Borgstedt

Part-time (30 hrs/week) starting as soon as possible. Our CURA SeniorenCentrum Borgstedt (in 24794 Borgstedt) is located on the north bank of the Kiel Canal, only two kilometers from Rendsburg. Here we care for our 84 residents in need of care on two living areas.

• You accompany our seniors in everyday life with care, respect and genuine affection - whether for personal hygiene, dressing, mobility or eating
• You help where support is needed, with the goal of preserving as much independence as possible
• You observe attentively, pass on important information and thus help ensure that our care remains individual and of high quality
• You bring ideas, question old ways and shape the care of tomorrow together with us - also open to digital solutions and new impulses

• Career change or completed training as a health and nursing assistant (one- or two-year training)
• Ability to work across teams with all areas of the facility hand in hand
• Enjoyment in dealing with older people
