You will get to know various commercial areas and take on tasks related to billing, customer service, order acceptance and personnel administration. You will gain insights into our logistics processes and help ensure that everything works in the background. Numbers are also part of it. You check incoming and outgoing payments and learn which steps are required for outstanding payments. You also support our HR department and learn various administrative tasks related to our employees. Through deployment in different departments you develop an understanding of our processes and how all departments work together.

For your apprenticeship you bring at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or a high school diploma (Abitur). You are reliable, support your team and enjoy working with others. You handle tasks carefully and are willing to take on responsibility step by step. You have a talent for organization and keep an overview even when multiple tasks arise simultaneously. You are eager to learn new things and develop professionally and personally during your apprenticeship.
