Rotate through all operational departments during the apprenticeship; plan, organize and monitor office, project and order-related processes; handle secretarial and assistant tasks as well as appointment coordination; review incoming mail and written information and manage administrative correspondence; distribute and order promotional materials; prepare invoices, analyses and statistics.

At least an intermediate school-leaving certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; confident use of Microsoft Office applications; enjoyment of planning and customer contact; positive communication, flexibility and helpfulness; initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
