About this Apprenticeship
For the Technical Service and Logistics department we are looking for an IT Service Technician Field Service (m/f/d) in Neumünster at the earliest possible date.
What You'll Learn
- Professional and technical support of retail
- Installation and maintenance of cash register systems, networks, software and hardware
- Training and support of "GK cash register software"
- Control and coordination of service providers and suppliers
Requirements
- Completed electrical engineering training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the IT technical field
- Sound knowledge of PC hardware, MS Office products and operating systems (Linux, Win 7/10)
- Knowledge of processes and workflows in retail desirable
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working
- Team player, flexibility and high customer orientation
- Willingness to work retail-typical hours including weekends
- Willingness to travel in the northern sales area of EDEKA Nordwest
- Driving licence class B required
