Together with the responsible Corporate Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you will manage and develop a defined portfolio of strategically important key accounts. As the central interface to our worldwide branches you will coordinate and steer international tenders for transport and contract logistics solutions across all modes of transport. In interdisciplinary project teams you will actively shape strategically relevant customer projects and strengthen long-term, partnership-based cooperation. You will regularly prepare group analyses, quality reports and management-relevant summaries, maintain central customer data and always keep an overview. You will independently prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and handle structured follow-up. With your proactive and interculturally sensitive communication you will create reliable connections internally and externally, ensure transparent information flow and make an important contribution to project success and long-term customer retention.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services, a business administration qualification with sales experience, or a university degree. You have sound knowledge of international transport logistics or operational experience in road, air or sea freight. You work confidently with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You act analytically, structurally and customer-oriented, develop innovative as well as process- and solution-oriented approaches and keep an eye on priorities even in dynamic situations. For collaboration in our international and intercultural environment you have very good written and spoken English skills. You are characterised by empathy, proactivity, commitment and initiative and enjoy communicating confidently and appreciatively with internal and external stakeholders across borders.
