You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute your ideas and commitment to every project phase. You support the implementation of optimization projects and help make existing processes more efficient. You create well-founded analyses that serve as a basis for strategic and operational decisions. You accompany the introduction and rollout of new projects and ensure a smooth implementation. You analyze existing processes, identify improvement potentials, and develop decision templates for sustainable optimization.

You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a focus on forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification. You have a good understanding of business contexts and logistics processes. You have initial practical experience in the forwarding sector. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and show a high degree of initiative. You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills. You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
