• As the direct contact person for warehouse customers, you independently and responsibly handle the day-to-day business of your assigned customers
• You are responsible for master data maintenance of assigned customers
• You communicate with freight forwarders regarding cargo space, etc.
• The area of customs rounds off your area of responsibility. This includes: acceptance of customs goods, bookings in the customs program, creation of shipping documents (AE, T1)

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
• You have already gained relevant experience in warehousing or supply chain
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and quickly learn new programs
• You also have good German and English skills
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking are among your strengths
• You work independently, customer- and solution-oriented, show willingness to perform, and have good communication skills
