Dispatch Administrator

DACHSER is hiring for freight dispatch administration at its Bremen logistics centre. This is a permanent, full-time position.

• Handle the administration of freight forwarding processes, focusing on dispatch.
• Manage the dispatch of outgoing groupage trucks and coordinate and monitor loading processes in the system.
• Maintain close contact with terminal staff, drivers and other DACHSER branches.
• Check that all legally required transport and shipping documents are complete and compliant.
• Use the platform to notify receiving branches of shipments.
• Complete daily administrative closing tasks and ensure all relevant transactions are followed up correctly and on time.

• You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services, or hold a comparable qualification.
• You are confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. You also have a strong interest in IT and are willing to learn new systems and applications quickly.
• You are willing to work late shifts permanently, with regular working hours of approximately 13:00 to 21:30.
• You present yourself professionally. Your structured, careful and reliable approach helps maintain high process quality.
