Clerk Administration Long-Distance Transport

DACHSER is looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for administration in long-distance transport. Full-time, permanent. Job category: land transport / freight forwarding.

• Administrative support of the long-distance transport team
• Commercial data maintenance and monitoring of shipments
• Checking freight prices and other incurred costs
• Carrying out internal billing and subcontractor billing
• Creating and maintaining trips in the transport management system
• Booking and coordinating delivery appointments with receiving customers
• Internal and external notification of shipments

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Ideally work experience in logistics, preferably in groupage freight forwarding
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as clear, factual and respectful communication
