• You are responsible for creating all ad-hoc inquiries and daily price offers for the branch
• Independent processing of incoming quotation requests as well as creation of ad-hoc offers, network offers and tenders belongs to your daily area of responsibility
• You support the calculation and development of market-appropriate transport solutions in the area of air and sea freight
• You correspond appropriately with our customers and business partners and always promote the building and maintenance of our customer relationships
• You work closely with the operational departments and support the transfer of customers to the operational departments

• Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training with forwarding experience
• Experience in the forwarding environment of air and sea freight
• Competent conversation and negotiation skills already proven and also enjoy communicating with customers
• Good English and MS Office skills and high affinity for numbers
• Team-oriented, flexible and reliable appearance
