Trainer Transit Terminal / Cross-Dock Hall

Full-time, permanent position in land transport / freight forwarding at DACHSER. As a trainer you support the warehouse workforce in the cross-dock halls and ensure process standards are followed.

• Preparing, delivering and following up internal training for our warehouse workforce
• Evaluating and preparing various statistics for our warehouse employees for quality assurance and optimization
• Implementing various projects in the cross-dock warehouse, for example digitalization or measures to increase efficiency
• Root cause analysis of process deviations and deriving appropriate corrective measures
• Guiding and onboarding new warehouse employees in the cross-dock halls of our sites in D-81677 Munich and D-85716 Unterschleißheim
• Ensuring compliance with process standards (DACHSER quality standards)
• Supervising warehouse teams, analyzing logistics processes and being the direct contact for employees' questions and problems

• Successfully completed vocational training, ideally as a logistics master (m/f/d) and/or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) and/or freight forwarding and logistics services merchant
• You have already gained experience in a freight forwarding / cross-dock operation
• You enjoy working with people, have patience and a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in passing on expertise set you apart. You also work patiently and in an organized way.
• Several years of professional experience in the warehouse area and with industrial trucks such as forklifts and fast-moving units
• Good German skills, spoken and written
