Internship in Training, Daimler Buses, Neu-Ulm, from March 2027

Daimler Buses is a world-leading bus manufacturer and a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG. The training team develops and coordinates the training portfolio for the service organization, sales and driver trainings, and supports international markets. They are looking for young talent to help develop new digital learning concepts. The position is limited to 6 months.

• You help plan, design, create and update digital learning content.
• You support the further development of our central training portal.
• You work on future-oriented digitalization projects, including the use of artificial intelligence in training.
• You work closely with international colleagues and trainers and support coordination and cross-team collaboration.
• You take on your own sub-projects and create presentations and decision papers.

• Studying business education, business administration, economics, economic sciences, media studies, communication studies or a comparable degree program
• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office
• Affinity for digitalization and graphic presentation of information
• Enjoyment of developing independent, creative solutions
