Apprenticeship at DAK-Gesundheit: over three years you will be intensively prepared for your career in the specialist center for benefits, with a mix of theory and practice.

• You become an expert in our diverse benefits law – from A for acupuncture to Z for co-payment.
• You review benefit applications, analyze individual cases and support insured people with sound advice.
• You gain insight into the cost structures of hospitals, rehab and spa facilities.
• You support people who have to cope with health limitations – empathetically and solution-oriented.
• You gain practical experience, among other things, through an internship at one of our cooperation partners.

• Good Mittlere Reife, (technical) Abitur, a completed vocational training or initial university experience
• Empathy, team spirit and a good feel for people
• Interest in medical, benefits-law and commercial topics
• Good expressive ability and communication skills
• Self-responsibility and desire to actively shape things
• Very good German skills (at least C1)
