• You will become an expert for our versatile benefit law – from A for acupuncture to Z for co-payment
• You check benefit applications, analyse individual cases and support insured persons with well-founded advice
• You gain insights into the cost structures of hospitals, rehabilitation and spa facilities
• You support people who have to cope with health limitations – empathetically and solution-oriented
• You gain practical experience, among other things, during an internship with one of our cooperation partners

• Good intermediate school leaving certificate, (technical) university entrance qualification, a completed vocational training or first study experience
• Empathy, team spirit and a good feeling for people
• Interest in medical, benefit law and commercial topics
• Good expressiveness and communication skills
• Personal responsibility and desire to actively shape things
• Very good German skills (at least C1)
