During your three-year apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist (SoFa for short), you will get to know the healthcare system from the ground up. Whether in consulting or sales – you will be optimally prepared for your career entry. Depending on your interests and talents, the apprenticeship is deepened in a focus area: In the classic SoFa area, you competently support insured persons in all situations of life – e.g., questions about long-term care insurance, individual health services or contribution calculation. In the sales focus, you are additionally on the road in field service, win new insured persons and represent DAK-Gesundheit at events, in schools or companies.

A varied mix of theory and practice in our service centers, specialist centers or in the sales team. Insights into social law, the insurance industry and modern communication.
