What You'll Learn
- You actively help our customers in the field service realize their wishes by advising them on insurance matters, building savings, asset accumulation, and investments.
- You analyze the customer's wishes and needs and react situationally.
- You manage a fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.
Requirements
- You have (soon) a very good to good (technical) Abitur.
- Interest in economic contexts and the insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of commitment
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- You find it easy to make contacts and maintain your network
- You foster trust through your honest demeanor and behavior
