Your contribution to the WE: You actively help our customers in the field service to realize their wishes through advice on insurance questions, building savings, asset accumulation, and capital investments. You analyze the wishes and needs of the customer and react situationally. You manage your fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka. Our investment in you: You obtain four qualifications in five years: after two and a half to three years: Completion as Management Assistant for Insurance and Finance (IHK), after about four years: Bachelor Professional (IHK), Trainer Aptitude Certificate (IHK), after about five years: Bachelor of Arts – Online Study Program Banking and Insurance Management (Jade University of Applied Sciences).

You actively help our customers in the field service to realize their wishes through advice on insurance questions, building savings, asset accumulation, and capital investments. You analyze the wishes and needs of the customer and react situationally. You manage your fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.

You have (soon) a very good to good (technical) Abitur. You convince with your friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You find it easy to make contacts and maintain your network. You foster trust through your honest appearance and behavior.
