Welcome to Debeka! This Ausbildung as Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (Außendienst) takes place in Simmern, Rhineland-Palatinate. The Ausbildung starts on August 1, 2025. The duration of the Ausbildung is 3 years. The monthly Ausbildung compensation starts at €1,355 in the first year and increases to €1,520 in the last year of the Ausbildung. • You will look after your fixed customer base from application to the payout of insurance benefits
• You actively help our customers realize their wishes through personal advice on insurance matters, building savings, asset accumulation, and capital investments.

• You have a good school-leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur/Fachgebundene Hochschulreife, Abitur)
