Support the team coordinator in organizing and controlling daily processes in building maintenance and take over team coordination in case of absence, point of contact for customers regarding service delivery, technical guidance of employees and ensuring proper execution of all services, planning and assignment of daily staff deployments, support the team in conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining a tidy neighborhood appearance, monitoring and enforcing occupational safety measures, ensuring material availability and timely provision of all required work equipment

Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, several years of experience in leading small teams desirable, Class B driving licence mandatory, decision-making and sense of responsibility, teamwork and flexibility, organizational talent
