Together with us you have the opportunity to gain three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d), and Trainer Aptitude according to AEVO! On the way to becoming a Retail Management Specialist you will learn all commercial fundamentals at a retail education center. You will be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases you will get to know the retail trade from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent. • In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and skilled work.
• You actively work in the daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centers.
• Taught there are areas such as marketing, business administration, personnel management, accounting, logistics, and sales.
