About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the bank sales apprenticeship you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and extend your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: If your current studies showed you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
- Talent-promoting programme: well-structured training, mentoring programme and internal training and talent development
- The regular training period is 3 years. With good performance, it can be shortened to 2.5 years.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent contribution depending on distance to the vocational school
- Modern environment: 30 days of vacation plus 24 and 31 December off, latest iPhone and laptop, collectively agreed 38-hour working week
