Together with us, you have the opportunity to earn three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Retail Business Administrator (m/f/d), and the Trainer Aptitude according to AEVO! On the way to becoming a Retail Business Administrator (m/f/d), you'll learn all commercial fundamentals at a retail education center. You'll be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases, you'll get to know retail from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent.

• In the practical phases at a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
• You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
• Theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centers.
• Taught there are areas such as marketing, business administration, personnel management, accounting, logistics, and sales.
