About this Apprenticeship
Within three years you earn three nationally recognized qualifications: retail clerk, Handelsfachwirt and trainer certification (AEVO). You learn business basics at a retail education center, supported by e-learning. In practice phases you learn retail from the ground up.
What You'll Learn
- In the practice phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
- You actively help with daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
- The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centers.
- Topics taught there include marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes 😉.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are career-oriented and want to advance quickly.
- You are interested in business management topics.
- You have at least the Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification).
