On the way to becoming a Trade Business Administrator (m/f/d) you will learn all commercial basics at a retail education center. You will be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases you will get to know retail from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent.

• In the practical phases at a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
• You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centers.
• Taught there are areas such as marketing, business administration, personnel management, accounting, logistics and sales.
