- Carry out treatment-related care tasks and coordinate shifts
Requirements
- Completed one-year qualification as a care assistant
- Enjoy providing care that meets all our residents' needs
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and the ability to cope under pressure
- Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
