About this Apprenticeship
At Deichmann you earn three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: retail merchant, retail management specialist and trainer certification (AEVO). Theory is taught in blocks at retail training centers, and practice takes place in a store.
What You'll Learn
- In practice phases in a store near you, you are prepared for service-oriented selling and professional work.
- You actively help with daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
- Theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail training centers.
- Topics taught include marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are career-oriented and want to advance quickly.
- You are interested in business management topics.
- You have at least the Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification).
