About this Apprenticeship
During this three-year retail sales apprenticeship, you will learn about inventory management and customer service in a store and at vocational school. Individual online learning modules and a dedicated training team will help you prepare for your final exam.
What You'll Learn
- Your practical training takes place at a store near you.
- You quickly take on a variety of tasks independently, including advising customers, receiving goods, displaying products and operating the till.
- Alongside vocational school, you receive regular training from the dedicated training team.
- Individual online learning programmes help you prepare for your final exam.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality and a love of shoes.
- You enjoy fashion and are interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You are ambitious and willing to put in effort.
- You work well in a team and are reliable.
- You are interested in business processes.
- You have at least an intermediate secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss).
