Apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson, Wilhelmshaven

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, you will learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and at vocational school. Individual e-learning modules and our own training team will support you on your way to the final exam. You will receive attractive apprenticeship pay and additional bonuses.

Our own training team provides group training with other Deichmann apprentices on product knowledge and sales topics. You will have reliable contacts through a trainer and a personal apprentice mentor in your store, ensuring close support throughout your apprenticeship. If you perform very well during your apprenticeship, you may complete a 4-week stay at a Deichmann store abroad. Whether it is a wedding or a move, Deichmann provides paid special leave for various short-term, personal or special life events. Learning opportunities and exam preparation exercises are available through our internal e-learning platform, including on your smartphone.
