About this Apprenticeship
During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the ideal contact person for customers. A personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive training allowance and extra bonuses. After the apprenticeship you can continue to become a retail merchant (m/f/d).
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on varied tasks independently, such as customer advice, goods receipt, product display and checkout work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from the company's own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
- Very good prospects: possible continuation to retail merchant (m/f/d) and further career opportunities.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
