Dual Study Program: Business Administration Service Management Human Resources – 2027

During your studies you become an expert in dealing with employees and develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in training and further education. In six semesters you learn all important areas of activity and departments of personnel development and acquire technical and methodological knowledge in personnel management, personnel and organizational development.

Conduct own seminars and coach our apprentices in food product knowledge and commercial activities. Develop, design and optimize training concepts for apprentices in retail. Responsible for preparation, follow-up and documentation of trainings and seminars. Learn various areas of HR work, e.g. recruiting, seminar management, training and further education, digital learning. Support in apprenticeship recruiting at apprenticeship events and try to bring young people closer to the love of food. After studies, start as trainer (m/f/d) in personnel development and train our apprentices in technical and methodological competencies.

Admission requirement: University entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur). Confident appearance and communication skills, as well as confident rhetoric. Interest in processes in the HR area. Flexible, enjoy being on the road and have class B driver's license (car). Enjoy working in a team, but can also organize yourself independently. Willing to take responsibility for fellow human beings and own projects. Highly motivated and show willingness to perform.
