About this Apprenticeship
During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the perfect point of contact for customers. Your personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive training allowance and extra bonuses. The practical training takes place in a store near you.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you
- You quickly take on a variety of tasks independently: customer advice, goods receipt, product display and cashier work
- Alongside vocational school you regularly receive training from our own training team
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam
- Very good future prospects: besides possibly continuing the training to Retail Merchant (m/f/d), further exciting advancement opportunities await you
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends
- You enjoy being physically active
- You have team spirit and are reliable
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
