About this Apprenticeship
During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, we train you to be the perfect point of contact for our customers. Your personal apprentice mentor will support you. During your training you receive an attractive training salary and additional bonuses. Training close to home in one of our 1,200 Deichmann stores across Germany.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on varied tasks independently in customer advice, goods receiving, product presentation and checkout.
- Alongside vocational school classes, you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
- We offer you very good prospects: besides the possible continuation of the training to Retail Merchant (m/f/d), further exciting career opportunities await you.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
