About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Start: 01.09.2027, duration: 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Dual University of Saxony or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare consultations before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good basis
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly 1,532 € in the first, 1,620 € in the second and 1,748 € in the third year – plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
