About this Apprenticeship
During the 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the perfect point of contact for customers. A personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive training allowance and extra bonuses. Afterwards you can continue to become a retail merchant (m/f/d).
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you
- You quickly take on varied tasks independently in customer advice, goods receipt, product display and checkout
- Alongside vocational school you regularly receive training from the in-house training team
- Individual e-learning programs support you up to the final exam
- Very good prospects: possible continuation to retail merchant (m/f/d) and further career opportunities
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends
- You enjoy being physically active
- You have team spirit and are reliable
- You have at least a Hauptschulabschluss
