Dual Study Program B.A., Business Administration – Retail Management, Greater Cottbus Area

Combine theory and practice in a 3.5-year dual study program at Deichmann that ideally prepares you for a management position or other exciting roles in sales. At IU International University of Applied Sciences you learn all the classic areas of business administration close to home and specialize in sales management. Deichmann covers the tuition fees. In the practical phases you work in various stores and learn all the important retail processes alongside day-to-day business.

• You alternate between 2 days per week of theory phases at IU (International University of Applied Sciences) and 3 days per week of practical phases in different Deichmann stores.
• At university you specialize in sales and the coordination of activities across the different sales channels.
• You get to know the processes in various stores, actively help in day-to-day business and gradually take on more responsibility.
• This is rounded off by a practical phase in a Deichmann store abroad.

• You hold the general university entrance qualification with good grades.
• You are interested in retail and ideally have some first practical retail experience.
• You enjoy being physically active and are responsible and reliable.
