Dual Study Program B.A., Business Administration – Retail Management, Greater Gera Area

Combine theory and practice in a 3.5-year dual study program at Deichmann that ideally prepares you for a leadership position or other exciting roles in retail. At IU "International University" you learn all the classic areas of business administration close to home and specialize in sales management. Of course, we cover the tuition fees. In the practical phases you work in various stores and, alongside day-to-day business, learn all the important processes in retail.

• You alternate between 2 days per week of theory phases at IU ("International University") and 3 days per week of practical phases in different Deichmann stores.
• At university you specialize in sales and the coordination of activities across the different sales channels.
• You get to know the processes in different stores, actively help with day-to-day business and gradually take on more responsibility.
• This is rounded off by a practical phase in a Deichmann store abroad.

• You have the general university entrance qualification with a good grade average.
• You are interested in retail and ideally have first practical experience in retail.
• You enjoy being physically active, and are responsible and reliable.
• You show commitment and are highly willing to learn and perform.
• Communication and teamwork skills round off your profile.
