Dual Study Business Administration (B.A.) Focus Retail Management - Students, Kassel 2027

Combine theory and practice in a 3.5-year dual study program at Deichmann that ideally prepares you for a management position or other exciting activities in sales. At the IU 'International University of Applied Sciences' you will learn all classic areas of business administration close to home and specialize in sales management. The tuition fees are naturally covered by us. In the practical phases, you will be deployed in various branches and learn all important processes in retail alongside daily business.

You complete alternating 2 days per week theory phases at the IU ('International University of Applied Sciences') and 3 days per week practical phases in various Deichmann branches. At the university, you specialize in sales and the coordination of activities in different sales channels. You learn the processes in various stores, work actively in daily business, and gradually take on more responsibility. This is rounded off by a practical phase in a Deichmann branch abroad.

You have the general university entrance qualification (Abitur) with a good grade average. You have an interest in trade and ideally first practical experience in retail. You like to be physically active, are responsible and reliable. You show commitment and have a high willingness to learn and perform. Communication skills and teamwork round off your profile.
