Junior Store Manager, Trainee

As a Junior Store Manager (m/f/d), you get to know many of our store types during a 12-month trainee period, quickly work independently and can then run your own store.

• Sales and customer service
• Product presentation and promotion setups
• Cashier duties
• Support in leading the sales team
• Store organization of daily business, staff planning
• Ensuring compliance with company guidelines
• Analysis of sales figures
• You put your knowledge directly into practice in sales in various stores.

• You have completed vocational training in retail.
• You are strong in organization and can coordinate and plan processes.
• You like being physically active, are fashion-conscious and interested in current trends.
• You approach people openly and have a strong service orientation with a hands-on mentality.
• You are a team player able to motivate and develop employees.
• You are willing to travel flexibly between different stores within the sales area. Because of changing store assignments, a driver's license and access to a car are necessary.
