Working Student Accounts Payable

As a working student in accounts payable (m/f/d), you strengthen the Deichmann team in Essen. Deichmann is a self-financed family company with around 4,700 locations in over 30 countries.

• You support our finance team in checking and processing incoming invoices.
• You support the preparation and execution of payment runs.
• You support the reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• You handle supplier inquiries and help clarify invoice and payment questions, working with internal departments and external business partners.

• You study economics or a comparable degree with a focus on business and economics.
• You are confident using MS Office products.
• You have very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
• You are interested in getting to know accounting and bookkeeping better.
• You work in a structured and careful way.
• You are a team player and very willing to learn.
