Training as Expert in Electrical Engineering LBO

The Electrical and Building Technology department is responsible for inspecting safety systems in special buildings of all types and sizes. As part of approval procedures, building law documentation and expert reports are prepared. The work also includes on-site technical inspection of electrical and medical devices, as well as inspection of systems used for the sustainable use of renewable energy.

• You start with internal qualification before independently carrying out initial and recurring inspections of electrical systems
• You advise your customers to make sure official and legal regulations are followed
• You learn how to inspect fire alarm and alerting systems as well as emergency power supply and emergency lighting systems
• With your acquired expertise, you become an important contact for our customers and use your network to grow your customer base

• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable program with an electrical focus, ideally with recognition as an expert under VDS guidelines
• Several years of professional experience in the operation, construction, planning or maintenance of electrical systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of the recognized rules of technology (DIN, VDE) and confident use of MS Office
• Strong writing skills to produce clear and precise documentation and reports
• Independent, reliable and flexible way of working
• Class B driving licence
