Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our site in Lüdenscheid. You take part in exciting education projects, support seminar management and handle the telephone switchboard.
What You'll Learn
- You take part in exciting education projects, support seminar management and handle the telephone switchboard
- In addition, you support the on-site team with:
- preparation and follow-up of training measures
- customer support (also by phone) and participant administration
- documentation and maintenance of our databases
- You also create reports, carry out market research and help develop innovative education formats
Requirements
- Enrolled student in education, business administration, social work, social sciences or a comparable degree program
- Basic commercial experience
- Thorough and structured way of working
- Experienced use of M365
- Customer focus and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
