Working Student Sustainability & Decarbonization - Real Estate & Operations

Sustainability & Decarbonization: You support the development and implementation of measures to reduce energy consumption and emissions in our real estate portfolio. Data & Analytics: You participate in the collection, structuring and evaluation of energy, emissions, space and building data and support the creation of key figures, dashboards and management documents. Research & Innovation: You research trends, regulatory developments and best practices around sustainable real estate, smart buildings, renewable energies, circular economy and future-proof workplaces. Project Support: You accompany cross-departmental initiatives, prepare workshops and coordination meetings and support documentation and follow-up of measures and next steps. Communication: You prepare complex sustainability topics in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner and contribute to presentations, decision templates and internal communication formats.

• Studies in sustainability sciences, environmental sciences, real estate management, business administration, industrial engineering, data analytics or a comparable degree program
• Interest in sustainability, decarbonization, real estate, workplace transformation as well as data-based and innovative solution approaches
• Analytical skills and enjoyment in structuring information and data, recognizing connections and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Initiative, structured and reliable working style, communication skills, team spirit and willingness to independently familiarize yourself with new topics
• German and English very good written and spoken, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; first experience with Power BI or comparable analysis and visualization tools is an advantage
