Our Applicant Management team takes care of our candidates from A to Z, organizes applicant days and accompanies trade fairs. Secure our joint success and make a difference with us: as a Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/f/d). Locations: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main) and Leipzig.

• Recruiting process: You support us along the recruiting process, e.g., screening application documents, maintaining the applicant management system, applicant correspondence
• Administration: You support us in the travel expense accounting process
• Participation: In the further development of our recruiting processes and the recruiting system you actively participate
• Communication: As an important contact person you answer inquiries from applicants and thus contribute to an optimal candidate journey.
• Projects: Additionally you support us in the sustainable retention of internal and external talents and work on exciting projects.

• Student of Economics, Business Administration or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Marketing
• First experiences in HR and university marketing facilitate entry
• Confidence in using MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong skills in organization and structuring of tasks, communicative, committed and independent in execution
• German and English very good in word and writing
