During this time, you will not only get to know the working world of a bank, but also study at the local FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management. The tuition fees are of course fully covered by us.

You will get to know all important areas of the bank branch – for a comprehensive insight into the processes and customer processes on site.; Step by step, you will grow into the holistic consulting of our clients with a focus on academic healthcare professionals.; You will build your knowledge in the areas of assets, provision, financing, and liquidity.; In doing so, you will develop consulting competence, customer understanding, and a feel for the needs of a demanding target group.; Our common goal: At the end of your studies, you will be ready to take on responsibility as a customer advisor in the branch and accompany our customers in a partnership.

You are aiming for a technical college entrance qualification or general higher education entrance qualification with a good result or have already obtained it.; Your heart beats for finance and the healthcare sector and you enjoy customer-oriented work.; A good understanding of numbers is just as much a part of you as self-organization and determination.; In addition to your pronounced communication skills, you convince personally through your high personal commitment and sympathetic appearance.; You have a strong affinity for the use of digital media and enjoy modern customer consulting by phone or video.
