During this time, you will not only get to know the working world of a bank but also study at the local FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. We naturally cover the tuition fees in full. You will learn all important areas of the bank branch – for a comprehensive insight into the processes and customer procedures on site. Step by step, you will grow into the holistic advice of our clients with a focus on academic healthcare professionals. You will build your knowledge in the areas of assets, provision, financing, and liquidity. In doing so, you will develop advisory competence, customer understanding, and a feel for the needs of a demanding target group. Our common goal: At the end of your studies, you will be ready to take on responsibility as a client advisor in the branch and accompany our clients in a partnership.
